To help us limit credit card fraud, a picture ID that matches the name on the credit card used to purchase the tour is required at time of boarding.

Cancellations

We offer the ability to change the day and time of your tour up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled booking. Any cancellations that occur up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled booking will receive a store credit to book a future tour with us for any available date in this summer or future seasons. Tours that are cancelled due to severe weather will receive a store credit. Cancellations that occur by guests within 72 hours of a scheduled tour will not result in a refund.
